Toxin Injections
Botox®️ and other injectable wrinkle treatments paralyze certain facial muscles to prevent deep wrinkles and fine lines from forming. As you age, the creases in your face can become more noticeable. If you want to prevent or reverse fine lines, consider these injectable anti-aging treatments. We offer Jeuveau®️ and Dysport®️ and Daxxify for wrinkle treatments. Each brand has specific benefits that you can discuss with us during your initial appointment. You can even get these injectables as a young adult because this type of wrinkle treatment works well for younger people who are trying to prevent wrinkles.
Dermal Fillers
Client’s who have wrinkles, creases, and thinning lips benefit from dermal fillers. We offer Revanesse Versa ®️ and Restylane®️ filler treatment to smooth your skin and fill in uneven spots on your face. Your complexion will appear more even and youthful as a result.
Dermal fillers can also help reduce skin sagging, contributing to a younger-looking appearance. You can expect your fine lines and wrinkles around your eyes, nose, and mouth to start to disappear after dermal filler injections. If you are looking for a non-surgical solution to visible signs of aging, dermal fillers could be right for you.

PDO THREAD LIFT
Looking to restore shape and reduce fine lines? The PDO thread lift is a new cutting-edge procedure to safely and effectively treat aging skin on the face and neck with minimal downtime. A thread lift procedure lifts sagging, aging skin and stimulates collagen production to give your face or neck a more youthful appearance. Medical-grade thread is placed under the skin to pull the skin into position. These threads activate the body’s natural healing response, triggering the increase of collagen which improves skin texture, fine lines, and elasticity. Unlike a facelift, a thread lift is a nonsurgical procedure that creates subtle changes. It’s often called a “lunchtime facelift” because it’s such a quick procedure with minimal downtime.
IV HYDRATION AND VITAMIN THERAPY
IV Hydration and Vitamin Therapy is a highly effective treatment, providing a combination of vitamins and supplements to replenish your body and boost your health. By using intravenous fluids, we can quickly deliver the healing effects of the right mix of vitamins and minerals to your cells. IV treatments replenish the nutrients that are vital to proper function and optimum health. Once we supply these nutrients intravenously, you can heal, revitalize, and rejuvenate your body naturally.
See IV Hydration tab for information on each of our IV Hydration treatments.
ResurFX Fractional Laser Skin Resurfacing Treatment
ResurFX is a non-ablative,. That just means it’s gentle and only affects a portion, or a fraction of your skin. Because the laser is fractional and can target cells directly, it can provide a noticeable improvement to your skin with minimal discomfort and downtime.
Skin conditions that respond well to the treatment include:
Fine lines and wrinkles
Mild discoloration (age or sun spots)
Stretch marks
Mild-to-moderate scars from acne or surgery
Loose skin
ResurFX works as a skin resurfacing treatment by using the heat energy from the laser to stimulate deeper layers of the skin to begin production of new collagen and elastic fibers. As the new collagen is produced, your skin becomes firmer, tighter, more even, and more youthful.
Nd: YAG Laser Treatment
Veins can cause many people distress and intense self-consciousness, leading them to avoid certain activities and clothes to conceal these blemishes. We treat unwanted vessels, hemangiomas, varicose veins, spider veins, redness and other vascular irregularities with the Nd: YAG laser. This process can reduce, fade, and even remove these veins and get you back to the garments and pastimes you enjoy. The non-invasive treatment is precise, and comfortable. Provides immediate, noticeable results with little downtime.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our most frequently asked questions. Please send an email or call if your have any other questions or concerns related to your medical spa services.
What is a Neuromodulator and is it safe?
Neuromodulators used in medical aesthetics are Injectable drugs that affect how nerves interact with the muscles they innervate. The most recognized cosmetic neuromodulator, “Botox®️”, and its derivatives work by interrupting signals between the nerves and muscles in the face. The result is relaxation of the muscles where the neuromodulator is injected. Typical results of neuromodulator treatment include reduced/eliminated wrinkles, reduced oil production, and decreased muscle tension that can lead to headaches. Neuromodulators are considered very safe but possible side effects do exist. Pain, bruising, and swelling at the injection site can occur. Some patients report a headache that self resolves after about 1 day. Taking Tylenol after your treatment can ease these side effects.
At Glow MD, we use the neuromodulators Jeuveau®️ and Dyspor®️. These products were chosen because of the phenomenal results we have seen with their use! Your medical aesthetician will help you make the right choice between these two products based on your needs.
What is a dermal filler and is it safe?
Dermal fillers are a gel-like product derived from naturally occurring substances. This product is injected beneath the skin to restore lost volume, smooth wrinkles, plump the lips and add shape/definition to the face. The result is a full, youthful appearing face without the risks and costs associated with surgery! At Glow MD, we have chosen to use the Hyaluronic acid based dermal filler, Vera®️ by Revanesse . In addition to the benefits mentioned above, Hyaluronic acid fillers pull in water to the injected area to naturally hydrate the skin.
Because the dermal filler is essentially a naturally occurring substance, the product is considered safe to be injected underneath the skin. Much like any naturally occurring substance created by the body, the filler will be absorbed over time. However, any medical procedure does carry some risk. Because of this, it is important to choose a qualified, medical professional as your aesthetic injector. Your aesthetician can discuss treatment risks based on specific parts of the face that will be treated during your consultation period.
What can I expect during my appointment?
The appointment will begin with a pretreatment consultation where your areas of concern and medical history are discussed. During this time, the proper product will be decided upon based on several factors. Following the consultation, the treatment area will be cleaned, and your provider may mark treatment areas with a marker for more precise injection. Your provider will then inject a precise amount of product under your skin to achieve the desired effect! Procedure time can vary greatly depending on the agreed upon treatment. The cost of the treatment will be discussed and agreed upon prior to Injection. Before leaving, your provider will discuss post-injection care.

How long can I expect to wait before I notice the full results of my treatment?
We generally tell patients to expect to wait 2 weeks before seeing full results from treatment. Although the effects of neuromodulators such as Dysport®️ and Jeuveau®️ can typically be felt and seen within the first few days, full effects will be noticed at 2 weeks post treatment. Injection with dermal filler (lips, chin, cheeks, etc.) has a more immediate effect that will be noticed right after the treatment is over! However, some swelling is expected, but typically resolves completely around 2 weeks following the Injections.

How long can I expect my treatment to last?
Results can vary some based-on product, volume of product used, location of injection and the individual client. However, each product has a treatment “window” that can be expected. Treatment with our dermal filler typically lasts 6-9 months. Treatment with the neuromodulator we have selected (Jeuveau®️ or Dysport®️) can last 2-6 months based on which product is chosen.

This numbing cream is applied prior to the injection of dermal filler. Numbing cream is typically not utilized prior to neuromodulator (Jeuveau®️, Dysport®️) injection.
